Important Notice:
- Production Process: Once you submit your order, production planning begins within 24 hours. Customized details cannot be changed after submission, so please carefully review your customization information before placing the order.
- Returns & Exchanges: Each product is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we will make adjustments or replacements for damages caused by design or production errors. If you encounter an issue, please contact us.
- Processing Delays: Due to high order volumes and strict quality requirements for customized items, processing your order may take an additional 3-5 days.

1. How Long Does Shipping Take?
The estimated delivery date includes Processing Time + Delivery Time.
For the following countries:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States, Greece.

Standard Shipping:
- Orders under $59: $6.99, 7-10 business days.
- Orders over $59: Free shipping, 7-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: $16.99 per order, 4-7 business days.
For the rest of the world:
- Standard Shipping: Processing: 2-5 business days, Delivery: 8-12 business days. $18.99. Free for orders over $79.99.
- Expedited Shipping: Processing: 2-5 business days, Delivery: 5-8 business days. $36.99.

- Taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery time may be affected by holidays, destination country, weather conditions, and courier operations.

2. How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number. Use your account email and order number to check the status of your order.
3. Shipping Tips:
- Ensure your email and mobile number are correct during checkout for successful delivery.
- Orders without a mobile number cannot be compensated for unsuccessful deliveries.
- PO Box and BFPO addresses are not accepted for express shipping. Please include complete details like apartment/unit numbers. Delivery failure due to incomplete address details is the customer’s responsibility.
- Tracking updates will be detailed only after the package arrives at your country’s facility. Allow an additional 5-7 days for delivery once it reaches your country.
4. Reporting a Shipping Issue
- If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase, you can report theft or damage within 7 days of delivery or loss within 30-60 days (domestic) or 60 days (international) after the order date via the Seel Resolution Center. Use your email, order number, or coverage ID from the confirmation email.
- Without Worry-Free Purchase, all issues must be reported to service@furtide.com within 60 days of order placement.
5. Stolen Order After Delivery
- If covered by Worry-Free Purchase, report the issue within 7 days of delivery via the Seel Resolution Center.
- Without coverage, if the tracking shows delivery but the item is not received after 3 days, please contact us at service@furtide.com.
6. Lost Orders During Delivery
- If covered by Worry-Free Purchase, report the issue 30 days after shipment (domestic) or 60 days (international) via the Seel Resolution Center.
- Without coverage, contact service@furtide.com if the tracking shows no delivery after 30 days.
